2. How to Enter

2.1. The prize draw dates will be outlined in the associated promotional material.
2.2. All entries must be received by midnight (BST) on the closing date. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2.3. To enter the prize draw, follow the instructions provided in the relevant promotional material or official communication.
2.4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter.
2.5. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from the promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
2.6. In cases where the prize draw is run in partnership with third parties, entrant details may be shared with FSElite, FlightSimExpo, and/or FSWeekend. Entrants accept that they may receive marketing emails from these third-party partners, but may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except: Employees of the promoter or its group companies, Employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its group companies, Anyone otherwise professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.

3.2. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.3. The promoter may require proof of eligibility.

4. The Prize

4.1. Details of the prize(s) will be specified in the relevant promotional material.
4.2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.3. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2. Winners will be notified via email within a reasonable time after the closing date.
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.2. By entering, entrants agree that their data may be used to administer the prize draw, for marketing purposes, and (where applicable) may be shared with the named third-party partners in clause 2.6.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
7.2. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or any other reason.

8.1. The promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
