Flight Panels Launches X-Plane Products

Aircraft and Autopilot profiles for the Zibo Boeing 737-800X and Cessna 172 Skyhawk (G1000) are now available from the Flight Panels Store, bringing physical cockpit controls to X-Plane pilots for the first time.

Belfast, United Kingdom - March 2026 - Flight Panels, the developer behind more than 80 Stream Deck profiles for Microsoft Flight Simulator, today announced that its first Stream Deck Profiles for X-Plane are now available to purchase following their official unveiling at FSWeekend 2026.

The launch marks the first time the company’s products have been available outside the Microsoft Flight Simulator ecosystem, opening the door to thousands of X-Plane pilots seeking a more immersive way to interact with their virtual cockpits.

Flight Panels transforms Elgato Stream Deck devices into functional cockpit panels, giving pilots physical buttons, rotary dials, and LCD touchscreens to control switches, systems, and instruments without reaching for a keyboard or mouse. The result is a more tactile, realistic flying experience that bridges the gap between desktop simulation and professional-style cockpit interaction.

Every profile features custom designed buttons that match the look and feel of the aircraft being flown, delivering a professional and immersive experience. Rather than generic icons or text labels, pilots see controls that mirror what they’d find in the real cockpit. All controls are pre-configured and ready to use straight out of the box.

Zibo Boeing 737-800X Aircraft Profile - The Zibo 737-800X is one of X-Plane’s most popular freeware aircraft, renowned for its study-level systems depth. The Flight Panels Stream Deck profile matches that detail with 706 pre-programmed, custom designed buttons across 31 pages, covering everything from overhead systems and communications to navigation and lighting. Includes both 15-key and 32-key layouts, compatible with the Stream Deck XL, MK.2, Stream Deck Mobile (iOS and Android), and the Corsair Xeneon Edge.

Cessna 172 Skyhawk (G1000) Aircraft Profile - The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is the most flown aircraft in aviation history, and the G1000 glass cockpit variant brings a modern avionics suite that translates perfectly to the Flight Panels Stream Deck Profile. Featuring 240 buttons across 11 pages. Includes both 15-key and 32-key profiles, compatible with the Stream Deck XL, MK.2, Stream Deck Mobile (iOS and Android), and the Corsair Xeneon Edge.

Autopilot Profiles - Available for both the Zibo Boeing 737-800X and Cessna 172 Skyhawk (G1000), Autopilot Profiles are designed for the Stream Deck + and take full advantage of the device’s physical buttons, LCD touch screen, and rotary dials.

“Expanding into X-Plane gives us an incredibly exciting opportunity to bring what we’ve built to a whole new community of pilots who share our passion for immersive flight. We have an extensive roadmap in place to bring even more Stream Deck profiles to the X-Plane community, and I’m delighted to confirm that our next release - the ToLiss Airbus A320neo - is expected to land in April!” said Richard Kennedy, Founder of Flight Panels.
